Meet Coach Darek.

Coach Darek brings a well-rounded set of acquired skills and knowledge to clients on their path to growing and scaling their business.  

Darek spent 7 years as a Blackhawk Helicopter pilot in the US Army where he first thrived as a leader with a charge of 56 pilots relying on his mastery of systems and careful attention to detail. With more than 28 months of combat service in Afghanistan, Darek recognized his acquired skills of leadership and problem-solving that would eventually carry over to his life as an entrepreneur.

In 2015, Coach Darek began his journey as a business owner and started Battle House Tactical Laser Tag in Wilmington, NC. With the guidance and mentoring of Coach Reggie, Darek successfully built two profitable locations, and was recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” by the Wilmington Business Journal and “40 Under 40 Young Professional” by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.

As Darek witnessed the commitment and enthusiasm Coach Reggie put in growing his business, he developed a newfound passion for helping business owners achieve the same kind of financial success and freedom he achieved in his own business. Through the Business Growers methodology, Coach Darek was able to leave the day-to-day of his business and focus his attention on helping other business owners like him. 

Today, he concentrates on using his unique and powerful experience to help other entrepreneurs execute their own ambitious visions for growth. When he isn’t helping businesses improve and deliver results, he spends time with his wife, three children, and their flock of chickens.
